.......My podcast needs some new flavor! I try and post 4 mixes a week when I'm not wasting away in a cubicle... I choose based on ability to mix, not genre.
Since January 2007, the podcast has been downloaded 12,000 times. There are no ads and nothing is for sale. Just music to listen to .... I do this so my friends who have day jobs can listen to new commercial free electronic music every week. I also do this to help promote people who can mix well. Most mixes I get are sitting on someones hard-drive collecting digital dust when there are people out there dying for new stuff.
